Kelly is a powerhouse in healthcare law, interoperability, and transformation. Her stellar career has spanned executive leadership, public health strategy, and nonprofit innovation. She’s been at the forefront of shaping health IT, regulatory policy, and organizational development.
What makes Kelly a game-changer?
🔷 As the former CEO of SHIEC (Strategic Health Information Exchange Collaborative), she transformed a startup into a national leader in health information exchange (HIE) and drove interoperability strategies across the country.
🔷 As Deputy Secretary at the Pennsylvania Department of Health, she spearheaded a statewide HIE, launched long-term care partnerships, and co-founded Pennsylvania’s Privacy and Security Practice Group.
🔷 She is a sought-after advisor, speaker, and policy expert. Among her advisory and leadership roles, she serves on the CDC’s Center for Health Statistics Board, the National POLST Technology Committee, and UPMC’s Patient Safety Committee.
What’s ahead with Kelly on board?
At Legal HIE Solutions, Kelly will be laser-focused on raising awareness about Legal HIE’s turn-key compliance solutions, designed specifically for healthcare organizations and health information exchange (HIE) participants!
